What a gem of a meat market, sandwich deli and smokehouse. My new favorite place to get the best of the best for my BBQ. Thank you Jeff for a great experience at your shop

This place has great food and is worth coming for some good people watching too. Visually the place is a small neighborhood butcher type shop that sells sandwiches on the side and is clearly an meeting place for people who have come for years. The clientele on the day I visited included about 10 fire fighters, trades people, and was very casual. Its easy to spot first timers (holding the menu and taking photos). Besides the sandwiches you can find good selection and moderate prices on meats, smoked fish, and more. The sandwiches... Amazing. I had the Triple Bypass as did my college and we both finished them all (amazing cause they are a huge serving); $7.99/each. They do accept CC and can tip right at the register too. A few tables inside and a few outside. Expect to wait about 10 minutes as the hand make your creation. Great taste friendly service. I'll recommend this to my friends.

This place is definitely a small hole in the wall and may seem to be located in a strange location at first, but don't let that fool you! They specialize in sandwiches, but they also sell a wide variety of raw specialty meats you can prepare at home. Their sandwiches are packed with meat so you can almost share the other half with a friend. My go to sandwiches are the Super Hero and Triple By Pass on dutch crunch bread. Price is reasonable for what you get. Sandwich is priced about 10-13 dollars per sandwich. Give this place a try if you are in Willow Glen!
